Medical Checkup Information

To get a physical checkup for the purpose of obtaining a work visa in China, it is necessary to visit a designated hospital located in a major Chinese city. Typically, your recruiting agents or school's HR department can supply you with the names of these hospitals. For example, the following are Shanghai’s hospital and related information:

体检Medical Checkup

1. 办理机构 (Checkup organization name)：上海国际旅行卫生保健中心 (Shanghai International Travel Healthcare Center)

2. 地点(Address)：长宁区金浜路15号 (靠近哈密路) (15, Jinbang Road, Shanghai, close to Hami Road)

3. 路线(Route to the center)：威宁路站 再打的 (Close to Weining Road station of Line 2；you may take a taxi to get to the center after getting out of the Weining subway station.)

3. 预约：(Booking time): 需提前10天 (10 days in advance)

材料 (documents you need)

1.护照原件 (Your passport)；

2.2寸彩照4张(4 photos of two inches)；

注意(Attention)：

1.体检前5个小时之内不能进食，必须空腹 (please do not eat or drink 5 hours before the exam.)

2.时间 (time for getting the result)：5个工作日可取健康证 ( it will take 5-10 working days to get the result.)

3.费用 (Fee for the exam)：体检702元 (RMB702)
