About Bowai

博外外教 (www.hiredexpat.com),隶属博外教育,成立于 2010,专业从事外教招聘,  也为教师提供 TESOL 课程、证书认证、签证办理等服务。我们拥有人力资源证,与国内 800余所学校和机构合作过。我们协助国内高校、国际双语中小学、幼儿园、培训学校等招聘各 类型 (外籍) 教师。由于我公司服务专业,我们受到客户的一致好评。
Bowai Hiredexpat (www.hiredexpat.coom), affiliated with Bowai Education, was established in 2010, specializing in the recruitment of foreign teachers, but also providing teachers with a TESOL course, document Apostille, visa application and other services. We are HR-licensed and have served more than 800 schools and institutions in China. We assist domestic universities, international and bilingual schools, kindergartens and training schools in recruiting all types of (foreign) teachers. Because of our professional service, we are well received by our clients.

Several have more than 3 years' teaching experience in SAT, IELTS and TOEFL. In addition, we have a few foreign recruiting consultants. All the foreign teachers from Bowai Education have been selected through a rigorous recruitment process a. strict resume screening; b. two interviews; c. background check. Moreover, we monitor our teachers' performance on a regular basis. If the teachers do not meet the requirements of our clients, we are always ready to help and provide replacement teachers at no cost within two months after the teachers are on board. (所有来自博外教育的外国教师都经过严格的招聘程序选拔: a.严格的简历筛选; b.两次面试; c.背景调查。此外,我们定期监测教师的表现。如果教师不符合我们客户的要求,我们随时准备提供帮助,并在教师入职后两个月内免费提供替代教师。)
